How it works

No codes or forms. Referrals are recorded by BetterFlow, so all that matters is that BetterFlow knows who referred whom.

Tell a friend, colleague or business owner about BetterFlow, and ask them to mention you when they get in touch.

They become a customer
The business you referred purchases the A$800 website build or rebuild package.

You receive your reward
Once their package invoice is paid in full and the referral is confirmed, 3 hours of BetterFlow Care are added to your account.

Use them for website updates, maintenance and support, exactly like your other Care hours, under the existing BetterFlow Care terms. Time is logged in 15 minute increments.
The reward is Care time only. Unused hours don't roll over.

Eligibility and conditions.
Who can refer a business?
Any BetterFlow customer. You don't need BetterFlow Care already: if you don't have a Care period when your reward is confirmed, a new one is started for you.
Which purchases qualify?
The A$800 Small Business Website package, either a full build or a rebuild, invoiced as that package and paid in full. Online shops, standalone BetterFlow Care, website fixes, SEO services and other quoted work don't qualify.
How does BetterFlow know I referred them?
There are no referral codes. The business you referred mentions your name or business when they get in touch, or you let BetterFlow know. The referral is recorded against their account before their project is invoiced or soon after.
When do I receive the 3 hours?
Once their package invoice is paid in full and BetterFlow has confirmed the referral. Visiting or sharing this page, or an enquiry on its own, doesn't earn a reward.
Can I earn it more than once?
Yes, once for each business you refer that qualifies. Each business can only be referred once, and you can't refer your own business.
Where do the hours go, and do they expire?
They're added to your current BetterFlow Care period and end with it, like the rest of your Care hours. If your Care hasn't started yet, they're added to that upcoming period. If you don't have Care, you get a new 12 month Care period with the 3 hours. Unused hours don't roll over.
What does the business I refer receive?
The same as every customer who buys the package: the 6 hours of BetterFlow Care over 12 months included with it.
