Using this website
The information on this website is general information about BetterFlow's services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date. Project work is agreed separately for each client, as described below.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and correct as of October 2026. BetterFlow isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added. Prices shown on this website may change; the price that applies to your project is the one in your quote.
Quotes come first
Before any work starts you'll receive a quote confirming what's included and the price. Work outside an agreed quote is quoted separately before it starts.
Third-party costs
Third-party subscriptions, such as domain registration, website platform plans, booking tools or payment providers, are paid to those providers and aren't included in BetterFlow's prices unless your quote says otherwise.
Care included with the Small Business Website
The Small Business Website package (a full build or rebuild) includes 6 hours of BetterFlow Care for 12 months once the package is fully paid. Unused hours don't roll over. What's typically included and not included is listed on the pricing page. Anything outside that scope is quoted first.
BetterFlow Care
BetterFlow Care bought separately, or renewed, is $300 for a 12 month agreement. It includes 6 hours of support, logged in 15 minute increments. Unused hours don't roll over into a new agreement. Larger work is quoted separately. See BetterFlow Care for details.
Free website check, SEO check and concept homepage
These are free and come with no obligation. The free SEO check is an automated starting point, not a full audit. A concept homepage is an initial homepage design concept; it is not a complete website.
